08.29.2010 NEW YORK- The American Andy Roddick, whose ATP Tour ranking has dropped to number nine, opens at the US Open in New York Monday as the
third match on the Arthur Ashe Stadium Court versus the unseeded Stephanie Robert of France. Roddick has never faced the 78th ranked Frenchman before
on the ATP Tour. Should Roddick advance, he could meet the second seeded Roger Federer of Swtizerland in the semifinals and the top seeded Rafael
Nadal of Spain in the final.
Roddick, who holds the fastest record serve ever on the ATP Tour ast 155 miles per hour, took his lone US Open singles title in 2003.

Andy Roddick To Compete At The French Open
05.22.2010 PARIS- Andy Roddick of the USA is scheduled to compete at the French Open also known as Roland Garros for the next two weeks. But
the American may not have the best chances of winning the tournament as clay is his worst surface and the slow clay will blunt his huge serve.
In the first round, Andy Roddick takes on Jarkko Nieminen of Finland and could meet the claycourt king Rafael Nadal in the semifinals.

of Germany. The match is to be played as the second night match Friday night Australian time and around 4:00am CST USA. Head to head
Andy leads 2-0, last winning at the Australian Open round of 16 in 2005 6-3, 7-6(8-6), 6-1.
In round one Roddick defeated Lukas Dlouhy 6-3, 6-4, 7-5 and in round two Roddick beat Michael Berrer 6-2, 6-2, 6-4.
